Hola! I am Alberto Rodriguez, and I am currently in Vienna completing my Master's thesis within the quantum metrology and information group, which focuses on designing the best setups and measurement protocols when trying to estimate some unknown physical quantity. My research is carried out under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Mehboudi, focusing on the study of non-equilibrium metrology in non-Markovian environments.

I am currently finishing my Master's degree at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). Prior to this, I completed my Bachelor’s degree at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). During my undergraduate studies, I developed my Bachelor's thesis under the supervision of Dr. Martí Perarnau-Llobet, where I focused on equilibrium thermometry using many-body spin systems, a project on which we are still currently working. As I finish my Master's project, I am highly intrigued and excited to see what the future holds for my academic and professional journey.
